Description

 

  • manage accounts of the clients
  • cooperate with the brands from the e-commerce market in GCH
  • communicate with clients regularly to ensure premium customer service
  • create remarketing strategies in various industries based on data analysis and your own creativity
  • adhere to the company goals related to campaign management (i.e. keep an eye on campaign margin and scale)
  • respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • regularly report campaign status for every client and provide improvement ideas to the direct manager
  • take care of customer success and long-term relationship
  • provide specific information regarding company’s services and products
  • obtain, review and process orders; ensure timely payments for our services
 

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience (4-5 years+) in managing online advertising campaigns for an media agency or media channels or for a brand/market place;
  • Knowledge and experience in the digital media and programmatic area;
  • Interest in digital marketing
  • Working experience with MS/G suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented personality. Flexible on communication.
  • Language knowledge: Chinese and professional English proficiency
