Description 

  • Managing limited portfolio of very large clients independently
  • Supporting campaigns through the whole lifecycle
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and high retention
  • Regular performance reporting to clients, persuasive QBR presentations for most of the clients
  • Ensuring timely payments
  • Negotiating business terms and doing upsell
  • Pushing optimizations to meet client goals and internal goals
  • Internal reporting on campaigns and individual performance
  • Driving company-wide or local projects in account management
  • Holding expertise in the team and being go-to person in all matters of client service 

Requirement

  •  At least 3 years in account management, experience with large clients
  •  At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or 1+ years in retargeting
  • Persuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentations
  • Some experience in developing others would be an asset
  • Strong problem solving skills, quantitative skills, very good command of Excel
  • Good track record, success cases in the previous role(s)
  • Strong and clear motivation, being able to self-motivate
