As a Business Development Manager / Director at RTB House will lead our global performance growth and sales in Japan. You will be responsible for identifying business expansion opportunities, analyzing market potential and targeting new customers or business segments.

 

What you will do - 業務内容: 

● Have full responsibility for RTB House performance in the Japanese market, regarding sales;

● Implement both short-term and long-term market development strategy;

● Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential, and target new business of the highest value;

● Establish sales objectives and project expected sales volume and profit within the managed territory;

● Maintain sales volume and adjust selling activities in line with the market situation;

● Build effective networks across business areas. 

●日本市場におけるRTB Houseプロダクト(リターゲティング広告/ブランド広告/アプリ広告)の営業 活動。

● 毎Q、与えられた売り上げ目標に対して達成する。

● 顧客課題をヒアリングして、RTB Houseのプロダクトを使って課題解決に導く。

● 顧客のマーケティングプランに応じて、運用チーム、技術チームなどと協力して顧客課題解決に取 り組む。

● 提携している代理店、もしくは市場機会のある広告主にRTB Houseのプロダクトを提案し、配信 開始作業完了までを主に担当します。大きい広告主によっては配信開始後も運用チームと協力し ながらクロスセル、アップセルの提案をしていきます。

Requirements - 応募条件: 

● 3+ years of experience in direct sales or channel sales;

● Experience in online advertising (preferably e-commerce) of the Japanese market;

● Experience in working in a multinational environment;

● Knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB model; 

● Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans;

● Ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company;

● Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders;

● Business level in English and Japanese.

● 代理店/直販売の経験が3年以上あること。

● 日本市場でのオンライン広告/ブランド広告/アプリ広告での販売/運用経験、またはそれらに3年以 上携わっていた経験。

● 多国籍企業での勤務経験。または柔軟に組織に順応できる経験/性格。

● 日本市場でのEコマースおよびオンライン広告市場に関してなにかしら深い知識をお持ちの方。も しくは勉強意欲のある方。 

● 基本的なDSPやブランド広告のビジネスモデルを理解している方。

● 顧客の課題をヒアリングし、社内の関係部署と協力し、課題を解決できる力。

● ビジネスレベルの英語力。
