RTB House is a full service (managed) DSP providing state-of-the-art marketing technologies for top brands worldwide and its proprietary market leading real-time bidding ad buying engine is the world's first and only to be powered entirely by Deep Learning algorithms.

Founded in 2012, the RTB House team comprises 1,300+ digital experts in over 30 locations around the globe serving more than 3,000 live campaigns for clients across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. 

After successfully deploying Deep Learning into 100 percent of its algorithms in 2018, RTB House has continued its research in the field of AI. The AI Marketing Lab and Creative Lab were set up as new divisions of the company focused on inventing and advancing MarTech products.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions and data visualizations to support decision-making processes
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Utilize automation tools and scripting languages to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for BI solutions and data-related issues.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio (preferred)
  • Experience with scripting languages like R, Python (preferred),.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of the programmatic landscape
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (preferred)
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, and tools like JIRA, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML and CSS
