What you'll do and how you'll make an impact

  • Devise marketing strategies to support generating sales opportunities among the biggest gaming studios, developers, and agencies across relevant genres and convert them into RTB House clients
  • Plan and execute proven account-based marketing (ABM) approach and partner collaborations that drive engagement with the targeted high caliber decision makers and budget owners leads
  • Orchestrate team preparation efforts for industry conferences to boost RTB House recognition among target accounts as the leading global gaming retargeting technology and services provider
  • Bring fresh actionable marketing strategy and execution experience with proficient project management skills to end-to-end manage strategic gaming marketing projects independently
  • Provide proactive goal-oriented projects recommendations and delivery to internal RTB House stakeholders and report regularly on the progress, risks, goals, project budget, and HQ alignment
  • Propose tailored communication concepts, including key messages and rationale to address unique needs, interests, and challenges of the target personas at top accounts across regions and cultures
  • Supporting account (development) plans execution, QBRs, and internal communication monitors
  • Securing release of relevant insightful targeted content to solidify RTB House credibility and highlight its expertise in the gaming retargeting field, including, but not limited to convincing client testimonials
  • Generating marketing touch points with top opportunities, delivering personalized initiatives aimed at relevant prospects, supporting CRM-based processes supporting sales, releasing contents online
  • Support sales ensuring that marketing and sales are synced in their efforts to nurture key accounts
  • Performing other analytical, administrative, or support tasks as per business priorities

Qualifications, qualities, and skills we look for

  • 5-10 years of successful marketing and project management experience including 2-5 years of B2B Account Based Marketing in tech companies focused on landing top opportunities sales
  • Being modern marketer, knowledgeable and experienced in using a mix of tactics and channels to deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right time, i.a. via social media or blogosphere
  • Driven and motivated by measurable results to directly contribute to the company’s objectives
  • Demonstrable experience of high output clear communication in writing and in speaking
  • Taking KPIs and objectives into account before deciding on the next best step
  • Ability to influence via targeted marketing messages gaming publisher C-suites and other decision makers, budget owners, and stakeholders within relevant top tier gaming studios globally
  • Experience in content creation, community building, marketing automation, and CRM tools
  • A background in marketing within a strong understanding of the video games business (dynamics, key players, industry challenges, game analytics software or other developer-centric tools)
  • Ability to track simultaneous projects while operating across different cultures and time zones
  • Being a doer with excellent time management and quality-first can-do attitude
  • Strong results-orientation, analytical skills, consultative approach, persistency, and ability to work independently, being able to self-motivate while facing often challenging business development reality
  • While native or fluent (C2) English (written and spoken) is a must, other languages are an advantage
  • Establishing own business venture or startup in the past will be an advantage
  • Diplomat that radiates enthusiasm with genuine interest in mobile gaming, and latest AI technologies
