What you'll do and how you'll make an impact

  • Optimize and integrate gaming campaigns to deliver on clients’ goals to help them boost revenue and engagement by retargeting active or lapsed payers and drive incremental conversions with use of various industry specific tech tools, measurement, attribution, and analytics partnerships
  • Be the technical expert, ready to provide solutions, devise strategies to solve complex problems coming from the clients, and build internal technical subject knowledge
  • Daily contact with and advisory for the commercial as well as traffic, creative and other internal teams to come up with solutions to an array of different problems
  • Help improve clients advertising strategy and provide relevant retargeting recommendations
  • Constantly develop industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with the digital advertising trends (with particular focus on the mobile gaming advertising environment)
  • Supervise the creation of advertising materials like dynamic ad banners, etc.
  • Adjust campaign parameters and test how your changes influence performance results
  • Work closely with account managers to ensure high standards of timely customer service
  • Propose solutions for new relevant tools and processes development

Qualifications, qualities, and skills we look for

  • Experience in ad tech mobile gaming growth advertising industry, esp. in-app gaming performance retargeting and re-engagement campaigns and the RTB process from a full service (managed) DSP perspective
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problems efficiently and manage all technical issues independently
  • Proficiency in cooperation with MMPs and other integration and data analytics tools
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or other programming language will be an additional advantage
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail, perceptiveness
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate smoothly and concisely with various internal stakeholders to deliver excellent results in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, as well as to deeply understand customer needs and requirements
  • Strong results-orientation, consultative approach and ability to work independently with positive, can-do attitude in an international environment
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite, as well as customer support and project management tools and processes
  • Multi-tasking, resourcefulness, with a high level of energy and motivation
  • Fluent English is a must, while knowledge of any additional language will be an advantage
  • Genuine interest in mobile growth, gaming, and latest AI technologies applications
