What you will do:

  • Daily management of various global HR processes (Onboarding, Long Term Absence, Clearance Slip etc.);
  • Engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure clear and effective communication of HR processes;
  • Close cooperation with internal IT team in order to develop HRIS by using project management tools (e.g. Asana) to organize and track new features and projects' stages;
  • Organize and lead meetings to discuss and refine HR processes;
  • Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Conduct quality assurance testing on HR processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.

What we are looking for:

  • Exceptional communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a proven track record of effectively communicating with professionals across all organizational levels;
  • Previous experience in project management;
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, showcasing a solid understanding of HR processes and practices;
  • Fluency in both English and Polish;
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office;
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, creativity-driven approach, enabling effective multitasking and adaptation to fast-paced environments.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar tools;
  • Good eye for design and UX/UI optimization.
