We serve more than 3,000 campaigns for clients across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas regions.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join the HQ marketing team. You will plan and run marketing programs that drive engagement with the targeted audience and support business goals. The right candidate will bring fresh strategy and execution experience, as well as proficient project management skills and knowledge of AI tools to help us achieve strategic goals more efficiently.

What will you do:

  • Manage end-to-end strategic, global marketing projects independently;
  • Create various types of content: articles, reports, video, presentations, etc., in collaboration with the experienced in-house Creative Team;
  • Run global digital marketing campaigns targeting key prospects;
  • Plan and implement communication supporting business initiatives;
  • Conduct research and market analysis;
  • Drive initiatives aimed at rising efficiency of marketing activities;
  • Regularly measure and track progress of your projects and their results.

What the requirements are:

  • 6+ years of applicable marketing experience (ideally in a tech company), including at least 3 years in a B2B marketing-related role;
  • Experience in conducting complex marketing projects with outstanding project management and coordination skills, enabling the tracking and delivery of multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables;
  • Successful track record in developing integrated marketing initiatives;
  • Very good knowledge of project management and marketing automation tools and CRM (knowledge of Asana and HubSpot Marketing Hub is a plus);
  • Experience working with and implementing AI-based tools;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with senior management;
  • Ability to perform tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment;
  • Fluency in English.
