Your responsibilities:

  • preparation of personnel documents within Polish and foreign RTB House’s entities and coordination of the flow of these documents, 
  • coordinating the process of hiring new Employees and Associates,
  • participation in the creation and updating of procedures,
  • coordinating the process of preparation documents regarding work permits for foreigners,
  • cooperation with accounting offices in terms of payroll,
  • support in preparing reports, analyses, and summaries for the company's internal needs.

Our requirements: 

  • a minimum of three years experience in a similar position (experience in preparing personnel documents in foreign markets is nice to have),
  • excellent command of English in speaking and writing (min. B2),
  • knowledge of an additional foreign language is nice to have,
  • experience in payroll calculation,  
  • practical knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • knowledge of social security and personal income tax issues is nice to have, 
  • good organizational skills,
  • responsibility and teamwork skills,
  • attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines,
  • conscientiousness and reliability in performing assigned duties.
