You are a master relationship builder, sales leader, negotiator and creative problem solver. What you will do:


  • Acquire, build and cultivate relationships with potential partners for both inventory and new products, supporting the areas of retargeting, prospecting and branding and inventory
  • Manage the local inventory buying strategy with publishers and inventory supply partners
  • Align the strategy and plan with HQ partners
  • Source and close new opportunities, aligning our proposition and solutions to the needs of prospective clients
  • Oversee day-to-day company operations related to publisher partnerships
  • Think strategically about the framework for deals and manage their negotiations ensuring fair and favorable terms
  • Sell comfortably and speak to ad technology companies & deal structures for the best interest of the business
  • Build and maintain a framework for verification of partnerships value
  • Develop and enhance RTB House’s reputation as the leading Demand Solution for monetization of their audience



  • Maintain and grow relationships with current partners
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a unified strategy, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and areas of upsell
  • Leverage marketing and PR efforts to enhance working relationships with our partners
  • Contribute to building and evangelizing the RTB House brand in cooperation with local publishers and integrated partners
  • Identify prospects, partners and customers ripe for pursuing mutually beneficial networking opportunities and introductions, and execute on these opportunities
  • Lead, develop and inspire a small team

What is required:

  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals
  • Track record developing vendor relationships and negotiating large deals
  • Deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, current technical advancements, programmatic landscape and cookieless solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Top-notch commercial skills - you are able to build rapport and lead meetings effectively

The salary range for this role is $220,000 to $270,000 in base pay, and is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.  The base pay offered will be determined on a case by case basis based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, etc., and will be informed by market data.
