RECRUITMENT PRIVACY CLAUSE

1.

The controllers of your personal data collected and processed during the recruitment process are: a) RTB House S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-819), 61 Złota St., Office 101, entered into the register of entrepreneurs National Court Register held by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS No.: 0000462115, NIP (Tax ID) No.: 527-269-40-02, b) RTB House Services sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-819), 61 Złota St., Office 101, entered into the register of entrepreneurs National Court Register held by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS No.: 0000698508, NIP (Tax ID) No.: 527-282-32-15, and c) RTB House Poland sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-819), 61 Złota St., Office 101, entered into the register of entrepreneurs National Court Register held by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS No.: 0000717432, NIP (Tax ID) No.: 527-283-74-76, d) RTB House CEE sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-819), 61 Złota St., Office 101, entered into the register of entrepreneurs National Court Register held by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS No.: 0000958182, NIP (Tax ID) No.: 527-299-24-32. acting as joint controllers (“we” or “RTB House”).

Your personal data we may have obtained so far (prior to contacting you) may originate from publicly accessible sources such as LinkedIn, other professional networking platform services and other publicly available websites accessed by our suppliers, recruitment agencies, job boards or from RTB House Associate who referred you for potential collaboration with us

We will process the personal data you provided in your recruitment documents (recruitment form,CV, cover letter) and during subsequent stages of the recruitment process (tests answers, solutions to assignments and results of reading comprehension tests or psychometric tests) in order to: (1) (a) carry out the recruitment process for the position you are applying for and (b) in order to carry out future recruitment processes (subject to your specific consent), (2) conduct statistics for internal purposes, (3) measure your satisfaction during the recruitment process through a survey, (4) send you our newsletter (subject to your specific consent) and (5) protect our rights or defend claims related to the recruitment process, if needed. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling. Providing the personal data is voluntary, however it is necessary to reach the above mentioned purposes.

RTB House processes your personal data pursuant to one or more of the following legal bases: (1) necessity to process your personal data in order to conclude a contract with you – to the extent that is necessary to conclude an agreement, (2) legitimate interest – in order to (a) manage the recruitment process, (b) conduct statistics for internal purposes, (c) measure satisfaction during the recruitment process in a survey and (d) protect our rights or defend claims connected with the recruitment process, if needed, (3) consent (a) with respect to your willingness to participate in future recruitment processes, (b) with respect to newsletter subscription and (c) with respect to any additional personal data provided by you which is not required to take part in our recruitment process.

You can easily withdraw your consent to processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

RTB House will store your personal data throughout the recruitment process and for subsequent 6 months (in case of consent for future recruitments - 18 months). RTB House will delete your personal data once you withdraw your consent to process your personal data for the specific purpose provided there is no other legal basis for further processing. In any case we have to protect our rights or defend claims connected with the recruitment process, we will process your personal data for the period of limitation of claims.

RTB House will transfer your personal data to data processors in case of using services related to recruitment (including providing IT systems for recruitment process) – these entities will process your personal data on the basis of the data processing agreement with RTB House and solely in accordance with instructions of RTB House.

For the above purposes, your personal data may be sent to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and processed there by our service providers only after implementing measures necessary to ensure the transfer is in compliance with applicable laws. Such measures may include (without limitation) transferring the personal data to a recipient in a country that the European Commission has decided provides adequate protection or to a data recipient outside the EEA that has entered into EU Standard Contractual Clauses referred to in article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR and has implemented appropriate safeguards.

You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data: a) the right to withdraw consent (to the extent that your data is processed on the basis of consent), b) the right to access your personal data, c) the right to rectification of your personal data, d) the right to erasure of your personal data, e) the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, f) the right to object to the processing of your data due to your particular situation - in cases where we process your data based on our legitimate interest, g) the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, to the extent technically possible, to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.
