We are looking for an enthusiastic Account-Based Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You will build and develop highly customized marketing programs that drive engagement with targeted accounts. The right candidate will bring fresh strategy and execution experience to help enable and develop funnels for our mid-market sales teams.

What you will do:

  • Plan, design and implement projects for our target accounts to build and accelerate the pipeline. The components may include digital advertising, social media, content syndication, virtual and live workshops, webinars, events, etc.
  • Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships within Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment on strategy and execution tactics.
  • Collaborate with key marketing functions on custom concepts, content requirements, digital marketing support/message testing, and creative development to ensure efficiency for ABM accounts.
  • Use intent signals, product usage, and content engagement metrics to provide recommended action to the sales teams.
  • Regularly measure success through accounts engagement, growth, acceleration, and database hygiene.

What the requirements are:

  • 4+ years of applicable project and campaign management experience. Including 1+ years in ABM or B2B growth-related positions.
  • Experience in leading marketing projects internationally.
  • Successful track record in developing integrated marketing projects and executing programs to achieve sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data tracking to assess project effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with senior management.
  • Outstanding project management and coordination skills with the ability to track multiple, simultaneous projects and deliverables.
  • Fluency in English, another language is a plus.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
