You Will:

  • Prepare and distribute internal news regarding new functionalities of our systems and interfaces.
  • Revise and update our internal documentation, wiki articles, and training materials to ensure they are current and clear.
  • Test new functionalities and solutions in our systems and interfaces to ensure quality.
  • Handle the organization of training sessions for newcomers and current department members.
  • Cooperate with other members of the Technical Support department from all over the world on daily tasks and projects.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports in Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.

 

Desired Experience: 

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive ‘can-do’ approach.
  • Natural talent for writing, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Very good command of both English and Polish (written and spoken).
  • Experience in the usage of Excel / Word or Google Spreadsheets / Docs.
