RTB House – a tech company specializing in display advertising precisely tailored to the users’ interests – is focusing on business development in Turkey by employing Okay Tuğ, a new country manager for that market.

For the previous 2.5 years, Okay Tuğ’s worked as sales director at Ligatus – an international performance marketing agency, which is part of the multinational mass media corporation Bertelsmann. His professional experience includes employment with Sosyalmedya.net, one of the first social media agencies in Turkey, where he managed sales and marketing activities. He is a graduate from Marmara Üniversitesi in economics and an MBA in the field of sales and marketing from Yeditepe Üniversitesi.
In RTB House, Okay Tuğ is responsible for planning and executing all business activities on the Turkish market, including development and implementation of sales strategies.
