DESCRIPTION

The challenge

Our partnership with Reserved began in 2016. Since then, the company has expanded into several key markets in Central Europe and the Middle East.

As part of that expansion, Reserved's business needs went beyond traditional web channel campaigns and the company wanted to develop their in-app capabilities in new markets. Their goals included driving engagement and scaling the number of active shoppers by launching highly personalized campaigns.

story

The solution

The campaign focused on multi-market prospecting, deploying customized campaigns to encourage shoppers to make their first purchase, and by retargeting existing customers to purchase again. Our teams also implemented effective strategies for in-app campaigns that promoted app use and retained customers for the brand.

Success

The result

Reserved launched in-app campaigns in key markets, including Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia. Today, the app generates nearly 80% of the brand’s online revenue. Up to 10% of in-app revenue comes directly from RTB House’s efforts. By continuously refining our approach and applying market insights, we’re proud to contribute to Reserved’s success as a leading fashion retailer.
