Privacy Policy for GA4 Data Exporter by RTB House

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the "GA4 Data Exporter”, a Google Sheets add-on offered by RTB HOUSE S.A. ("RTB House,” "we,” "us,” or "our"). It describes how we collect and use information in connection with offering the Add-on Service.

Our commitment is to respect and protect your privacy. This policy explains what data the GA4 Data Exporter accesses, what limited personal data we may process, and why.

2. Who is the Data Controller?

The controller of any personal data provided during contact for support purposes is RTB House S.A., Złota 61/101, 00-819 Warsaw, Poland.

3. Data Processed by the GA4 Data Exporter

The GA4 Data Exporter is an app designed to facilitate the transfer of your Google Analytics 4 “GA4” data directly into your Google Sheets.

• The GA4 Data Exporter Itself Does Not Collect or Store Your Personal Data: The GA4 Data Exporter does not collect, store, or process any personal data from your Google Account or your GA4 properties. It acts solely as a connector between the Google Analytics API and your Google Sheets.
• You Are the Controller of Your Data: You are the controller of the data within your Google Analytics account and the data that is subsequently downloaded and stored in your Google Sheets. The GA4 Data Exporter simply automates the export process on your behalf. All data fetched by the GA4 Data Exporter is stored directly within your Google Drive, specifically in the Google Sheet where the Add-on is installed. RTB House does not have access to this data.

4. Personal Data We Process

The only instance where we process personal data is when you voluntarily contact us for support or to provide feedback, for example, by sending an email or using a contact form. In such cases, we may process data you provide, such as:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Any other information you choose to provide in your correspondence. Providing personal data is necessary for us to respond to your message. Without processing your personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you.

We process this data based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) to provide you with technical support, respond to your inquiries, and improve our services.

5. Retention period

We will retain this data only for as long as necessary to resolve your query and for a reasonable period thereafter for follow-up purposes.

We have implemented organizational and technical measures to ensure an appropriate level of security of your data.

No automated decision-making is involved during personal data processing.

6. With whom do we share your data

In order to pursue the purposes indicated above, your data may be shared with the following categories of third-party recipients as RTB House affiliated companies, including RTB House Services sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw, providing intercompany services.

If required, your personal data may also be disclosed to authorities that are competent under the applicable laws to receive such data, including law enforcement authorities.

7. Transfers to other countries

We will not transfer or permit any of your personal data to be transferred to a territory outside of the European Economic Area unless we have taken measures necessary to ensure the transfer is in compliance with applicable laws. Such measures may include (without limitation) transferring the personal data to a recipient in a country that the European Commission has decided provides adequate protection for Personal Data as referred to in Article 45 GDPR or standard data protection clauses adopted by the Commission as referred to in Article 46 GDPR.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

The GA4 Data Exporter does not use or transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Workspace API user data and developer policy, including the Limited use of user data requirement.

We affirm that our use of any data accessed via Google APIs complies with these requirements. The GA4 Data Exporter access is limited to the minimum necessary scopes to perform its stated function: fetching GA4 data as requested by you and placing it into your Google Sheet. We do not use this data for any other purpose, such as advertising, and we do not transfer it to any third parties.

9. Your Rights

To the extent provided by the applicable data protection laws, in particular the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• rectify your personal data,
• request erasure of your personal data,
• object to data processing,
• restrict processing of your personal data,
• receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request transmission of the data to another controller, lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, withdraw consent for data processing you gave at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review it periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
